The open dining room has a sliding door that leads to the back deck. This property has natural gas that runs to the house but is not connected. There is a new Mitsubishi split that heats and provides air conditioning. There is a screened room in the back yard as well as a large storage shed. The dining area could easily be converted back to a second bedroom. This adorable beach home is sure to be your happy place at the Shore!
